Festival Foods in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Wine and Spirits Cashier to join our team. You will assist guests with product selection, provide friendly and knowledgeable service, and work closely with the Wine & Spirits Department Manager to keep operations smooth.

As part of a fast-paced grocery setting, you will help guests discover new favorites, handle transactions, and maintain proper stocking and pricing while upholding safety and courtesy standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age to sample products in wine/spirits department.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and react to hazards; trained in equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Be a Product Guide: help guests find items, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service: answer questions, resolve concerns, ensure guests feel supported.
• Support the Team: work with associates and leadership to meet department goals.
• Keep Things Running: maintain inventory, ensure pricing accuracy, stock shelves.

• Communicate & Collaborate: work with vendors and managers to exceed expectations.
