Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members in Colorado to provide friendly service, assist customers with product selection, and support store operations the way our brand is known for. Roles include merchandising, curbside pickup, and occasional deliveries, with opportunities for growth and training.

The position emphasizes teamwork, compliance with alcohol laws, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: must be 21+; stand 8–10 hours; lift 50 lbs; outdoor weather exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, signing and supporting digital orders and curbside pickup.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
