Qualifications

• Formal wine education (WSET, CMS, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of wine and spirits across regions, producers and styles.
• Confident, personable, and sales-minded with customer focus.
• Professional, reliable, and organized under pressure; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful wine and spirits recommendations across styles and price points.
• Deliver exceptional in-store, phone, email, and online service.
• Build relationships with everyday shoppers, collectors, and corporate clients.
• Assist with corporate gifting, large orders, and special requests.
• Participate in staff tastings and supplier meetings.
• Support merchandising, receiving, pricing, stocking, and inventory.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor and assist the team as needed.
