The role requires 1–3 years of wine sales experience, passion for wine, and strong communication. Sommelier or WSET preferred; MS Office helpful; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years wine sales experience required.
  • Genuine appreciation and passion for wine & spirits.
  • Sommelier experience or WSET preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in-store or by phone.
  • Ring up sales and arrange delivery or pickup as needed.
  • Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
  • Assist in special events and in-store tastings.
  • Support managers and team members.
  • Set up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
  • Write wine and spirits descriptions and shelf talkers.
  • Invite customers to join wine club.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
