Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required; customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Maintain regular onsite attendance and adhere to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout visits.
• Learn and share knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, cigars, and other products.
• Support merchandising and store operations; keep shelves clean and stocked.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle payments and discounts.
• Wrap purchases, offer gift options, and assist with deliveries and stocking.
