Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory; process freight, stock merchandise, build displays.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Greet customers and provide product recommendations to drive sales.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and alcohol-sale regulations.
• Perform merchandising and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
