Job summary

• 1–3 years in retail/bar/restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service according to laws and verify IDs.
• Assist store operations with cleanliness, displays, signage, safety and service.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and collaborate with teammates.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current trends.
• Set and maintain high standards in retail execution.
• Communicate with Store Team Leaders about operations.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Respond to customer needs and answer questions, including phone.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and coin counts.
• Other duties as assigned.
