Job summary

Twin Liquors LP is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and assist in daily store operations in Magnolia, TX. You will help customers select wines and spirits, operate POS systems, and maintain inviting displays to enhance the in-store experience.

The role requires 1-3 years in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varying shifts including weekends. A HS diploma or GED is required, and 21+ age is necessary.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in retail, bar tending or restaurant setting preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of company policies and standards.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Ability to use technology and POS systems.
• Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and product knowledge.
• Progressive retail experience and product knowledge in wine and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service per laws including ID verification and intoxication prevention.
• Assist in store operations focusing on cleanliness, product displays, signage quality, safety and customer service.
• Provide excellent sales service by being knowledgeable on all products and collaborating with coworkers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current trends in wine and spirits.
• Set and maintain high standards in retail execution.
• Communicate with Store Team Leaders about proper operations.
• Operate POS, process payments and ensure accurate cash handling at end of shift.
• Respond to customer needs and answer store inquiries, including daily phone calls.
• Ensure all financial transactions are correct and coin accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned.
