Festival Foods in Appleton, WI is seeking a Wine and Spirits Cashier for our Northland location. This part-time role puts you at the heart of the guest experience, guiding guests to wines, beers, and spirits, answering questions, and ensuring smooth department operation.

As a Product Guide and Team member, you will maintain stock, assist with pricing, operate the register, and collaborate with vendors and fellow associates to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to sample products in the wine and spirits department.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Be a Product Guide: help guests find items, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service: answer questions, resolve concerns, ensure guests feel supported.
• Support the Team: work with associates and leadership to meet department goals.
• Keep Things Running: maintain inventory, ensure pricing accuracy, stock shelves.
• Operate the Register: process purchases with accuracy and a friendly attitude.
