Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member in South Carolina to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and across the store. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and help with promotions, loyalty programs, and safety procedures.

The role may include as-needed merchandising or sales associate duties, with training on wine, beer, and spirits to build product knowledge. Flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and customer service is a plus.
• Comfort with POS systems and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist customers with inquiries.
• Bag items, maintain store cleanliness, and follow alcohol sales rules.
• Support inventory tasks and participate in training as needed.
