Job summary

Total Wine & More in Columbia, SC is seeking a friendly cashier to process transactions, answer questions, and provide a positive shopping experience. You may also perform as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed, reporting to the store management team.

You will greet customers, promote the loyalty program, handle payments, and bag items while maintaining knowledge of promotions and store policies, including alcohol sale regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service mindset and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
