Job summary

Total Wine & More in Pensacola seeks a friendly cashier to deliver fast, accurate service at the register and on the floor. You will process transactions, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs while helping customers find advertised items.

The role may include sales associate or merchandiser duties, and requires 1–3 years in retail with a flexible schedule, plus a solid customer-service mindset. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service to build relationships.
• Promote loyalty programs and inform customers about products and services.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and follow alcohol sale regulations.
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and general store duties as assigned.
