Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner and addresses them by name when possible.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products and securing items out of reach.
• Loads or unloads heavy items and passes along customer suggestions or requests.
• Rotates, faces, and replenishes merchandise and maintains quality standards.
• Maintains displays and follows sanitation and personal hygiene guidelines.
