Total Wine & More in Corte Madera, CA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver best-in-class customer service and manage daily store operations. You will assist customers, process transactions, promote the loyalty program, and help maintain a clean, compliant store environment.

Experience in retail with POS familiarity is preferred. The role requires 21+ with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payment handling, loyalty program promotion, and bagging.
• Deliver exceptional service and personalize the experience by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and keep a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
