You will join an ambitious, collaborative group focused on culture, standards, and service. Full-time evening, weekend and holiday availability is required; you will grow alongside a wine program highlighting France and other regions.

Qualifications

• Experienced servers with a strong foundation in wine and a desire to learn.
• Warm, approachable and modern perspective on wine; discuss less-known producers with enthusiasm.
• Strong knowledge of French wine regions, varietals, and food and wine pairings.
• Ability to guide guests through a wine list with confidence and clarity.
• Background in refined, guest-focused dining and hospitality.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients to speak about dishes thoughtfully.
• Confident table service with wine integrated into the guest experience.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and gracious hospitality.
• Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn continually.

Responsibilities
