Job summary

Farmington Country Club is seeking a Casual Restaurant Server for The Grill, a casual sit-down restaurant & bar. The role requires evening and weekend availability, serving experience, and strong knowledge of wine and beverages to provide members and their guests with exceptional, personalized service.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Minimum of one year of similar food service experience.
Wine & beverage knowledge preferred.
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds and stand for six hours.
Strong teamwork and communication skills are required.
Professional demeanor and high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

Follow staff checklists for opening, side-work, and closing duties.
Maintain cleanliness of tables and chairs and ensure proper setup.
Greet members by name and provide beverage and menu knowledge.
Take beverage and food orders and input them into the POS.
Verify chits and settle accurately.
Assist with seating and communicate with host or manager as tables open.
Maintain continuous floor presence and assist other team members as needed.
Adhere to Club safety and sanitation procedures.
