Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an Upscale Restaurant Bar Back to join our fast-paced Food and Beverage team. This part-time role supports bartenders, restocks bar inventory, prepares service areas, and helps ensure an inviting, wine-focused dining experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience in bar/backing in upscale environments preferred.
• Willingness to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings and 3–5 shifts per week.
• Professional and personable with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and stocking the bar inventory and glassware.
• Support bartenders during dinner service.
• Restock liquor, ice, fruits, and bar supplies for guests and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings and menu items.
• Adhere to Virginia ABC laws and Farmington policies.
