Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a Bartender to bring warmth, knowledge, and craft to every guest interaction. You’ll not only serve drinks but deliver experiences worth toasting to.

You’ll learn the wine program, stock and prep bar items, follow recipes, and work with servers/kitchen to ensure timely service. 1+ year bartending, strong communication, and evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock station, prep garnishes, and ensure tools are ready for service.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu, recipes, and steps of service.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and guest-ready during shifts.
• Educate guests about the Wine Club and make recommendations.
