Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a field sales professional in Arlington, TX to drive beverage distributor growth. You will implement promotions, manage merchandising and pricing, and maintain inventory to ensure product freshness and availability. Regular store visits and strong execution are required.

The role emphasizes compliant operations, customer relationship building, and participation in additional projects as needed. Must be able to lift heavy loads and travel as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old or meet state age requirements.
• Must have reliable auto transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives and grow new business.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicate pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate product displays and POS materials for promotions and events.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Maintain appropriate inventory to minimize out-of-stock/issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to ensure freshness and shelf impact.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
