Job summary

City Winery in Nashville is seeking Service Assistants (Busser/Runner) to help deliver a premier wine, food, and live entertainment experience. You will clear, clean, and reset tables, assist servers and bartenders, and keep dining areas well-stocked and tidy.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in bussing or running roles in fast-paced settings, with a strong work ethic, excellent guest service, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Busser or Runner in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment preferred and/or equivalent relevant experience
• Ability to deliver high-quality guest experiences and navigate a busy venue
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide guest hospitality; clear, clean, and replenish tables and service areas
• Support servers and bartenders during service
• Prepare dining rooms for patrons and assist with setup, maintenance and breakdown
• Maintain polished presentation of all areas and assist with guest requests
• Follow sanitation and safety policies and company guidelines
