Job summary

Caliza Winery in Paso Robles is seeking a Tasting Room and Hospitality Manager who leads with energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality. You will set the tone for every guest interaction, build a team that reflects our brand, and turn visitors into loyal wine club members.

Beyond the tasting room, you’ll carry that energy into events, marketing efforts, and partner relations, acting as the brand ambassador for Caliza and End of the Day Wines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a tasting room, retail, or hospitality team for growing brands.
• Proficiency with marketing platforms such as MailChimp, RedChirp, and Canva for guest-facing content.
• Proficiency with CRM and scheduling platforms, notably Commerce7 and Tock.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel for reporting and ops.
• Natural leader with a magnetic, positive presence.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and events as needed.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tasting room team and set leadership standards for staff.
• Shape a professional, positive culture reflecting Caliza and End of the Day Wines.
• Drive marketing and visibility through campaigns and guest-facing content.
• Set standard for guest experience and ensure consistency across locations.
• Plan and execute events, including dinners and tastings with staff budgets.
