Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by presenting menu and answering questions
• Explain event wines and substitutions
• Identify dietary needs and communicate to staff
• Serve multiple guests at assigned tables and assist others as needed
• Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines for alcohol service
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant
• Attend meetings and trainings as requested
• Assist with training of new staff
• Prepare event space and set up stations
