Flora Springs Winery in Saint Helena is seeking a Wine Educator to join our hospitality-driven team. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, with weekends required, and the opportunity to guide guests through tasting experiences.

You will educate guests on wines, assist with retail wine sales and club sign-ups, and support private events. A background in wine service is preferred, with WSET or similar certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in wine service, wine bars, tasting rooms, or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of wines and tasting notes.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Must be 21+

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Wine Educator to join our growing team in Saint Helena. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic wine-focused concept featuring exceptional wines, tasting experiences, and curated tasting flights. Responsibilities

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging service to guests
• Educate guests on wines, tasting notes, brand story
• Guide guests through tasting experiences and curated tasting flights
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment
• Assist with retail wine sales and club sign-ups
• Support private events and special activations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wine service, wine bars, tasting rooms, or hospitality required
• Knowledge of wine fundamentals (WSET or similar certification is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and confidence guiding luxury tasting experiences
• Ability to thrive in a polished, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be 21+
