Job summary

Sokol Blosser Winery, located in Oregon's Dundee Hills, is seeking a hospitality-driven Tasting Room Host who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences. You will be the first smile our guests see, sharing our wines, our story, and the beauty of the Willamette Valley.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, guiding visits, handling phone inquiries, and collaborating with the Tasting Room Manager to keep the space inviting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, or wine a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to obtain (or already possess) an OLCC Server Permit.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, memorable first impression.
• Manage reservations and help maintain a smooth flow throughout the Tasting Room.
• Guide guests through their visit while delivering outstanding hospitality.
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Work closely with the Tasting Room Manager to ensure every guest leaves happy.
• Help maintain a beautiful, clean, and inviting space.
• Collaborate with your teammates to continually improve the guest experience.
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
