Sixty Vines in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen and help prepare dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients and fresh, from-scratch cooking.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare all food products according to prescribed methods and recipes.
• Follow and maintain outlined cook times for all prepared items.
• Maintain the highest level of food quality possible.
• Receive and store products according to health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
