Job summary

Sixty Vines in San Antonio is looking for Dishwashers/Porters to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a steady flow of clean serviceware throughout the kitchen while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

As part of the team, you'll handle dishwashing, monitor cleanliness, and work closely with kitchen staff. A positive attitude and teamwork spirit are essential. You will also need to stand for long periods and comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods while working.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 lbs as part of the job.
• Properly use kitchen knives and other essential equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly manner.
• Wash all tableware, silverware, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work environment.
• Monitor water temperatures and chemical levels in the dishwasher.
