Job summary

Sixty Vines Las Olas LLC is seeking an energetic bartender in Fort Lauderdale to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and craft high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced setting. You’ll interact with guests, manage drink orders, and maintain a clean, organized bar while upholding company standards and ongoing beverage knowledge.

This role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and completing ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods; able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, etc. according to recipes.
• Assist guests with questions regarding the menu.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and follow sanitation procedures.
• Restock service bar with liquor, beer, wine and mixers.
• Set up and disassemble bar for shifts; support opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate issues to management promptly.
• Know the full food and bar menu and drink recipes.
