Job summary

Sixty Vines Miami WTC, LLC is seeking friendly bartenders to serve guests in a wine-country inspired menu setting. You will craft drinks, assist with wine pairings, handle payments, and maintain a pristine bar while upholding service standards.

Flexible schedules and insurance after 60 days are offered, with an average of $35+ per hour inclusive of tips across all locations, plus quarterly wine country trips. Equal opportunity employer and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; sanitation and service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift.
• Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc. according to recipes.
• Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and close down stations, restock and sanitize equipment.
• Communicate issues to management promptly and collaborate with team.
