Job summary

St. Julian Winery is opening a new Gaylord tasting room and seeks friendly Wine Consultants to greet guests and guide tastings. You will lead engaging tastings, help guests choose wines and merchandise, and support events and promotions in a lively retail setting.

No wine experience is required; full training is provided. Weekend availability is essential, and you will work on-site at the new Gaylord location, joining a fun, welcoming team as part of an exciting launch.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are coming to Gaylord, Michigan, and we are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people to help us open our newest St. Julian Winery Tasting Room next month!

St. Julian Winery, Michigan’s oldest and largest winery, has been crafting award‑winning wines for over 100 years. As a Wine Consultant, you will have the opportunity to introduce guests to St. Julian, help them discover new favorites, and be part of building something new in the Gaylord community.

What We Are Looking For

• Comfort using basic technology, including Point of Sale systems
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Weekend availability is required

Experience That Is a Plus — But Not Required

• Retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience
• Previous wine knowledge or experience

No wine experience? No problem. We will teach you!

Position Details

• Location: NEW Gaylord Tasting Room – Gaylord, Michigan
• Part‑Time: Up to 29 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
