Job summary

St. Julian Winery in Frankenmuth, MI, is seeking an Operations Support team member for the tasting room. This part-time position offers up to 29 hours per week and emphasizes active, hands-on work in a team environment.

You will help keep the tasting room stocked and organized, assist with deliveries, restock displays, and support events and guest experiences. A flexible, proactive mindset is essential to thrive in a busy winery setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with truck deliveries and unloading wine, merchandise, and supplies
• Stock and organize backroom and inventory areas
• Restock wine, merchandise, and displays throughout the tasting room
• Carry cases and purchases to customers' vehicles as needed
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, stocking, and product movement
• Perform minor cleaning and general housekeeping tasks
• Aid with basic landscaping and outdoor upkeep
• Carry out minor maintenance and upkeep tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, welcoming tasting room

Join Our Team St. Julian Winery – Frankenmuth Tasting Room

Looking for a hands-on part-time position where no two days are exactly the same? Enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes?

St. Julian Winery, Michigan’s oldest and most awarded winery, is looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our tasting room team as Operations Support!

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, organization, events, and helping maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming environment for our guests and team.

Position Details

Part-Time | Up to 29 Hours Per Week

Availability on Truck Delivery Days, Weekends & Events May Be Required

What You Will Do

You will help keep the tasting room stocked, organized, and ready for guests by:
