Qualifications

• Knowledge of imported and domestic wine varieties and flavor profiles.
• Experience working with wine and beer.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer customer questions about products in department and store.
• Gain knowledge of products and offer recommendations.
• Offer product samples per guidelines and laws.
• Inform customers of wine specials.
• Provide customers with requested products.
• Recommend wine items to ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist customers with wine pairings with meat, cheeses, and desserts.
