Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best‑in‑class customer service and team‑player mindset.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, inquiries, loyalty program, and bagging.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
