Cinemark in Wisconsin is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests through menu selections and deliver fast, friendly counter service. You will know the bar and food offerings, take orders accurately, process transactions, verify ages, and ensure alcohol is served responsibly in approved areas.

The role may cross-train as Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher as staffing needs require, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a dynamic theater

Qualifications

• Proof of age for alcohol service (18+ in some states).
• Completion of local/ state required food handling certification.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completed.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a team and independently with strong guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle transactions on the register with proper cash balance.
• Verify guest ages for alcohol, ensure it is served in designated areas.
• Use suggestive selling techniques and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Maintain clean high-contact areas and proper PPE usage.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; adapt to staffing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
