Johnson Brothers is expanding and seeks a Merchandiser to support orders, stock shelves, and build displays across the Irving, TX area. You will receive daily routes by email from the Warehouse Manager and merchandising manager after orders are fulfilled.

The role involves stocking, rotating products, assisting in major deliveries, and building engaging wine and beer displays while maintaining awareness of industry trends and company activities. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work assigned work schedule which may include weekends.
• Previous sales, merchandising or pull-up experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of wine and beer beverage industry a plus.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Satisfactory driving record and active driver’s license for the state you reside in.
• Must be able to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must pass criminal background and MVR.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to accounts.
• Stocking, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and the shelf.
• Run routes and support major deliveries by assisting the delivery driver with unloading product, checking in and stocking order.
• Build wine and beer displays.
• Assist in completing store resets in established territory.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
