Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous serving experience required; at least six (6) months of related wine experience.
• Must be able to quickly learn proper wine service and knowledge of Biltmore wines.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations.
• Deliver and serve correct wine and food items promptly to guests.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a high degree of wine education and knowledge of Biltmore Wines.
• Promote wine and merchandise sales to meet sales goals.
• Open and close operations, restock daily, and maintain cleanliness.
