Lescombes Family Vineyards seeks a friendly, experienced Key Hourly Manager for Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe. You will lead guest service, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and support scheduling while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Service: provide exceptional hospitality and address guest questions professionally.
• Support & Develop the Team: train, coach, and assist with scheduling and day-to-day service.
• Coordinate Service: align kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Maintain Service Standards: stay knowledgeable about menu, allergens, and responsible alcohol service.
• Assist with Operations: support payment handling, inventory checks, and closing procedures.
