Job summary

Lescombes Family Vineyards is seeking a friendly Key Hourly Server for our Deming, NM tasting room. The role supports daily operations, assists guests, and helps maintain safety and cleanliness during shifts. The team emphasizes attentive service in a welcoming winery environment.

Compensation includes $8.00 per hour plus tips when management is present, and $13.00 per hour plus tips when working independently, with additional part-time and full-time benefits available as described.

Lescombes Family Vineyards is the premier vineyard and winery in the state of New Mexico. Since 1981, we have been leading the industry with an array of wines to include traditional, hand-crafted releases and highly acclaimed, award-winning favorites. Our current locations consist of our bistro locations: Albuquerque Cottonwood, Albuquerque Old Town, Alamogordo, and Las Cruces; Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe; and a tasting room adjacent to the winery in Deming. Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading daily operations: Help oversee daily Tasting Room operations, including completing opening, midday, and closing tasks and supporting the team throughout each shift.
• Support the Team & Guests: Assist employees with customer questions and service needs while providing friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Maintain Standards & Compliance: Help ensure food, alcohol, sanitation, and company policies are followed while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Support Closing & Inventory: Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, general cleaning, food preparation, and securing the Tasting Room at the end of the day.

Pay Rate: $8.00 + tips (when management is present)

Pay Rate: $13.00 + tips (when working independently)
