Job summary

Compensation includes $8.00 per hour plus tips when management is present, and $13.00 per hour plus tips when working independently, with additional part-time and full-time benefits available as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily operations: oversee daily Tasting Room tasks and support the team.
• Assist guests with questions and service needs, delivering friendly, attentive service.
• Help ensure food, alcohol, sanitation, and company policies are followed while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, general cleaning, and closing the Tasting Room.”
