Job summary

New York Wines & Spirits is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily inventory control across multiple distribution centers, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate records. You will partner with Ops, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance to maintain product availability and prevent losses.

The role requires an Associate degree (preferred) and 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience. Proficiency in Excel/Word and experience with inventory systems are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse or inventory control experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic).

Responsibilities

• Support daily inventory control processes across multiple centers.
• Track transfers, stock adjustments, and movements.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation of inventory changes.
• Assist with month-end counts of pallets and assets.
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports and metrics.
• Support audits and training related to inventory systems.
