Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based sales professional to support off premise accounts across our portfolio, including beer, spirits and wine brands. This full-time role operates in California with early morning starts, Monday–Friday schedule, and a base pay of $25.00 per hour plus overtime eligibility and monthly incentives.

The position includes a monthly car and mileage reimbursement program and requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/ GED with 3–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• Employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Field based position supporting off premise accounts selling the entirety of our Reyes Beverage Group portfolio - including brands like: Modelo, Coors Light, Lagunitas, with a special concentration on our Spirits and Wine portfolio with brands like Gallo, Tito's, Jack Daniels, as well as our Sazerac portfolios.

• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
