Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a results-driven field sales professional in South San Francisco, CA to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships across spirits, beer, and wine portfolios.

You will execute sales plans, visit accounts, manage distribution, and ensure product placement aligns with promotions while upholding quality standards. This role offers incentive opportunities, benefits, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 0–2 years of related experience or HS diploma with 3–5+ years in sales or related field.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable automobile transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift products from 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg handling.
• Must maintain adequate auto insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly timeframes and grow distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.

Position Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point‑of‑sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out‑of‑stock and out‑of‑code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
