Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Windows system design, implementation, and 3rd level production support.
• Minimum 5 years of Windows Server engineering and virtualization experience.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, clustering, storage, backups, monitoring, networks, and security.
• Experience communicating technical challenges to peers and senior management.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple streams of work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, design, testing and deployment of Windows Server and Virtual Machine Infrastructure.
• Deploy and administer server hardware including rack mount servers and blade chassis.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and cloud scripting for automation.
• Troubleshoot Tier 3 issues and ensure enterprise-wide stability and security.
• Create detailed design and implementation documentation; support audits and compliance.
• Collaborate across architecture, engineering and operations teams; lead initiatives.
