Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Windows Systems Engineer to own and automate Windows infrastructure services. You will build Ansible-based automation, codify configurations, and operate across multiple ADC environments for AWS services.

The role is hands-on, requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and offers opportunities to drive reliability and efficiency while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's degree or equivalent security credentials (Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
• 5+ years supporting Windows OS with core components such as AD, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Demonstrated ability to script in PowerShell and automate tasks.
• Current, active US Government TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows infrastructure services across ADC environments: AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS, ECM, and Group Policy.
• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and PowerShell automation for configuration, deployment, and lifecycle operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows infrastructure, providing Tier 1/2 escalation support.
