Breezeline in Rochester, NH is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to ensure availability, performance, and security of Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and supporting infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments. The role balances daily operations with proactive maintenance to uphold SLAs in a 24/7 enterprise setting.

Responsibilities include managing Windows/AD/DNS/DHCP, VDI, storage, backups, and monitoring, plus automation, capacity planning, patching, DR, and incident

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Operations with 3+ years in Systems Administration and public clouds (GCP, Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Advanced Windows Server administration including AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Federated identity with AD/LDAP and cloud providers (OKTA, AAD, Google Workspace).
• Experience with VMware/Proxmox and enterprise storage/backup (Veeam, Rubrik, Acronis, NetApp, Isilon, Data Domain).
• OS hardening, HA, DR exercises, incident management, and 24x7 on‑call availability.

Responsibilities

• Administers Windows servers and virtualization hosts across on‑prem and cloud locations.
• Maintains Ongoing operation of VDI infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, AD, DNS, DHCP servers.
• Manage storage, virtualization, and backup software.
• Maintain IT server infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning/operations.
• Capacity planning and server tuning to meet SLAs.
• Implement patch management and security configurations.
• Maintain disaster recovery plan and backups.
• Respond to hardware and software alarms with diagnostics.
• Provide system support to Operations and Development teams.
• Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Deliver excellent service to stakeholders and complete assigned projects.
