Job summary

Breezeline in Rochester, NH is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to ensure continuous availability, performance and security of our Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and supporting infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role balances daily operations with proactive maintenance to meet SLAs and sustain a 24/7 enterprise. You will manage AD, DNS/DHCP, storage, backups, monitoring, and automation, with on-call rotation and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Operations with public clouds.
• Strong Windows server and AD/DNS/DHCP administration.
• Experience with virtualization and enterprise storage/backup tools.
• Proven HA/DR experience and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Administers IT Windows servers and virtualization hosts across locations.
• Operates the company’s VDI infrastructure.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows, AD, DNS, DHCP servers.
• Maintain storage infra, virtualization platforms, and backup software.
• Manage server infra monitoring platforms.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and ops.
• Capacity planning and tuning to meet SLAs.
• Apply security standards and patch management.
• Disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Execute daily backup and recovery operations.
• Monitor hardware/software alarms with diagnostic tools.
• Provide support to Operations and Applications teams.
• Support incident/change/problem management processes.
