Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a loader to ensure trucks are loaded correctly and on schedule. The role requires accurate scanning of items, adherence to shipper documentation, and safe loading practices to secure windows during transit.

The position emphasizes strict order accuracy, manual lifting up to 50 pounds, and following warehouse instructions to prevent damage. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding shift and proactive safety leadership.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/Warehouse 1 year preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with Westlake Safety Policies.
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Provide safety leadership in promoting and creating a zero-injury safety culture.
• Load windows for shipment when trailers are available.
• Track and load product on paperwork while loading and ensuring correct shipment of windows.
• Report any damaged window to the Supervisor or Lead immediately.
• Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure truck trailers are checked before loading or unloading.
• Maintain housekeeping of shipping floor.
• Strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks.
• Manually lift and move the window to the belonging truck.
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Lead.
