Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand paperwork and instructions.
• Must be able to work in a team and follow safety policies.
• Experience in loading and warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Westlake Safety Policies.
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Provide safety leadership in promoting and creating a zero-injury safety culture.
• Load windows for shipment when trailers are available.
• Track and load product on paperwork while loading and ensuring correct shipment of windows.
• Report any damaged window to the Supervisor or Lead immediately.
• Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure truck trailers are checked before loading or unloading.
• Maintain housekeeping of shipping floor.
• Strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks.
• Manually lift and move the window to the belonging truck.
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Lead.
