Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.

• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms for Epic staff, customers, and global training programs.
• Maintain secure and scalable Windows infrastructure, collaborating across teams to support testing environments and hosted client systems.
