• Experience designing, deploying and operating Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience with IIS web hosting and remote application platforms (Citrix).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows Server-based infrastructure to support Epic training environments and hosted client systems.
• Automate and harden infrastructure with security in mind.
• Collaborate across teams to support a growing, complex set of services.
• Provide strong troubleshooting and customer service.
