Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that power Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training environments. The role combines hands-on infrastructure work with automation and security hardening, requiring relocation to the Madison, WI area.

Qualifications

Experience deploying Windows Server-based infrastructure.
Experience with IIS hosting and remote application platforms (Citrix).
Scripting or programming experience; PowerShell a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based infrastructure for Epic training environments and hosted client systems.
Automate infrastructure and participate in security hardening and CI/CD processes.
Collaborate with cross-team groups to support training platforms and global environments.
